Grumbling Gryphons to perform “Two Trickster Tales: Native American Animal Stories” at The Spectrum Playhouse 20 Franklin St. Lee, MA at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2. A workshop will be open to children before the show at 9:45 am.

On Saturday, April 2nd at 11:00 a.m. Grumbling Gryphons Traveling Children’s Theater will present a participatory performance involving children and their parents in “Two Trickster Tales”: How Coyote Shares the Fire – A Plains Indian Story and How Mama Skunk Discovered Her Power at The Spectrum Playhouse 20 Franklin St. Lee, MA at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2nd as part of the free Families First Series sponsored by NBT Bank, Allegrone and Scarafoni Associates. Families First is a free performance program  for local families which takes place the first Saturday of every month at the Playhouse.

The Grumbling Gryphons is an award winning traveling theater based in West Cornwall, CT, celebrating their 36th year of touring the U.S. and abroad. The show is open to the public and a pre-performance workshop will be led by director Leslie Elias at 9:45am to train young actors to learn songs, dances and dramatic roles which they will perform afterward in the show! There will be time to meet and greet the actors after the interactive performance.
